Ricky Chau
Co-founder and Managing Director. Over 20 years across retail, hospitality, petrol and convenience, working on dozens of brands from startups to global multinationals. Has lectured at universities on branding and commercialisation and worked with government and incubator programmes on food innovation.
Charmaine Ooi
Co-founder and Head of Operations. Charmaine has built and been involved in every part of this business, from a startup with a handful of accounts to a national operation servicing 1,200+ venues. If something here runs properly, there's a good chance she built it.
Between us we've built our own brands from concept to national launch. In a team this size, you work with us directly on the decisions that matter.
